HOW CAN I HELP PREPARE MY CLIENTS FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT?
IWe have simplified the whole process in my Flexx A+ Checklist form. Simply put your email in the subscribe form on the bottom of this page. Or just ask and we will send it directly to you. We suggest printing a few copies so you have them available to give to your clients.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE FOR MY PHOTOSHOOT?
Absolutely not. That is the added benefit of hiring the correct Real Estate & Architectural photographer. We am here to help you and your time is quite valuable. You are more than welcome to join me on the shoot if you like or I can get it done while you take care of other business.
WHO OWNS THE REAL ESTATE PHOTOS, IN OTHER WORDS, WHO RETAINS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE REAL ESTATE PHOTOS?
Flexx Media LLC maintains the copyright for all images. Unauthorized use is prohibited by Federal Law. Real estate media clients of Flexx Media LLC are permitted to use all photos produced for all marketing associated with the current sale of property in accordance to local MLS rules, unless other licensing has been outlined in writing. The terms of this license expires when the listing is sold or agreement terminated. This license is granted only to the AGENT/TEAM who has requested the photo/video shoot. THIRD PARTY USAGE AND COMMERCIAL USAGE including, but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, publications, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by Flexx Media LLC. (Note: If your listing expires, it is a copyright violation for another agent to use the photos you commissioned without the permission of StylishDetroit. In this event, please contact us AND the MLS.) Real estat agent that has hired Flexx Media LLC herby understands and agrees that media produced by Flexx Media LLC shall abide by all Federal Copyright Laws.
DO I REALLY NEED PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS, TAKEN BY SOMEONE LIKE FLEXX MEDIA?
Well...Yes. One of the most powerful tools you have when marketing a home are the photos. No matter how fabulous the home is, it won’t sell if no one is coming to see it. Good listing photos get people to the home. Studies show you have 2 seconds to impress an online buyer. Are you making the best use of those 2 seconds with a cell phone or point-and-shoot camera? Today’s technologically savvy clients not only appreciate nice photos, they expect them. Buyers will compare one house to another by it’s photos. If it looks good on-line, buyers will come out see it. Professionally Photographed homes sell faster and for more money compared to homes that are not.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS AFTER YOU FINISH? WHEN DO I GET THEM?
When the photos are polished and ready for deliver, we will email you a link to the online folder (Google Drive) which contains your photos. You can download them at your convenience. We will have them ready for you 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. If there are special instructions, or special editing, that may take more time, but we will will keep you updated on the progress.
WHAT IF I HAD MY LISTING SHOOT SCHEDULED BUT I HAVE TO CANCEL IT OR CHANGE THE DAY?
From time to time for circumstances out of your control you may need to reschedule or outright cancel your appointment. That is not a problem but if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be a $50 fee added to your shoot.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF MY SHOOT?
If the weather is bad on the day of your shoot (rain or heavy snow) we will simply reschedule in the soonest opening. We all prefer days of sun and partly cloudy, but even on an overcast day we can still make your photos shine.
CAN'T YOU JUST PHOTOSHOP THAT?
Yes we do have the ability to photoshop things that may not be desirable during your shoot,(holes in walls, ect...) but we will not. We find it extremely important to showcase the property in the state it is in. To give an accurate representation of what is being listed.
